Here are a few services we provide:
VIDEO DEPOSITIONS: The best
way to impeach a witness is with videotaped testimony. The jury can see
the demeanor and body language of the witness, instead of simply
hearing the testimony read aloud from the transcript. Videotaped
testimony can help the jury gauge the witness's credibility. American
Guild of Court Videography is the leading organization in the United
States to certify legal videographers through an extensive training
that details the needs and requirements for complying with the Federal
rules of evidence in the United States.
SETTLEMENT/ MEDIATION DOCUMENTARIES: We
will help you design a presentation program especially for your client.
A Settlement Documentary can be incorporated with interviews of
witnesses, family and friends. We can also add existing video,
photographs, and charts. We can create a video settlement documentary
that will show all of the ways the plaintiff's life has been changed:
life before and after the incident and after, medical opinions, and an
explanation of responsibility, liability, and damages in the case. We
will carefully organize all of these elements to maximize the emotional
effect of your case.
DAY-IN-THE-LIFE VIDEOS: DIL
videos are made for the judge and/or jury only. We will show them what
the daily routine is like for the subject and include any pertinent
medical information to show the extent of damages suffered by the
plaintiff
FORENSIC VIDEO SERVICES:
Contact us for all of your still photography services. Accident scene
or crime scene photos can be blown up or digitized and presented to the
jury on a video screen.
VIDEO WILLS & PRE-NUPTIAL: A legal video recording that accurately captures a Last Will and Testament or Prenuptial Agreement execution can prove invaluable should the agreementbe subsequently contested. According to the American Guild of Court Videographers, proof of a document's execution "becomes more certain when substantiated by a video recording".
