To simply post a price tag on each type of service can not be done, because of each project will vary greatly in complexity, equipment to be used and time to complete. But you will find our rates fair and competitive for all services.  A finance charge may be applied on a monthly basis for accounts not paid in over 30 days from the invoice sent date.

Most services will be provided for an hourly charge which will include both an hourly fee for the videographer and equivalent rental use charges for the equipment actually used for that particular service.  All rates are competitive for the local area of Orange County, CA.

Pricing for multi camera recording of a deposition will be quoted depending upon the needs of the attorney requesting the service. If attorneys for both sides are requesting services this will be made know to both parties and a quote can be calculated to share costs.

Depositions and other services requiring a set up time will be charged at a two hour minimum, the first hour each day of which is allocated prior to the start of the scheduled deposition to set up and test equipment.  Partial hours will be charged in half hour increments.

Transportation charges for travel beyond Orange County, are currently 50 cents/mile.  For distances over two hours driving time each way a $30 hour driving fee may be charged.

Cancellations of a scheduled deposition with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full two hour minimum charge agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

A standby rate is available, call to discuss standby policy.

Post production and editing services are provided at a flat hourly rate during normal working hours.

Synchronization services are provided at a flat hourly rate during normal working hours.

Rush orders (dependent upon the nature of the request) or emergency night or weekend services will be at time and a half.

Materials and media actually used will billed as a separate charge  (Audio cassette originals will be provided to the Court Reporter at no charge.)

Travel of distances over 100 miles round trip may also include reimbursement for food and lodging.

Rates for all services are set at industry standards, competitive in the local area. Though there may be others who will charge below standard rates for these services, we provide the full range of quality services expected of a Certified Court Video Specialist.

 Means and schedule of payment will be agreed upon at time of scheduling of services.
